Guarantee of the whistleblower’s identity confidentiality:
Your report can be submitted completely anonymously: there is no need to provide your name or any personal data. If you choose to include identifying information, please note that your identity will still be protected and will never be disclosed, except with your explicit consent and only in cases required by law.
Every report will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and care, in full compliance with the legislation on whistleblower protection (Legislative Decree 24/2023).
The aim is to ensure a safe environment where irregularities or unlawful conduct can be reported freely, without fear.
